Specialty services such as Deep Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, and certain Commercial Cleaning projects may be quoted as either a flat rate or an estimated labor-based quote after reviewing the property. This allows us to provide fair and accurate pricing based on the project's specific requirements.
